Botox and Xeomin are neuromodulators that we routinely use in the practice to help minimize the dynamic wrinkling
One of my favorite cosmetic procedures to perform in the practice is fillers. Fillers is more than just filling, instead think of fillers as restoring the structure of the face.
True, we lose fat from our face overtime, but we also lose collagen and elastin in our skin and we lose bone. When bone is lost, the structure of the face can dramatically be altered. Choosing fillers with a higher lift capacity such as Juvederm Voluma or even Radiesse for the jawline, can support this area.
A touch of filler to the lips with Juvederm Ultra, can also harmonize the face. I have tried multiple fillers to this area and find that Juvederm Ultra lips, look and feel the most natural.
When we fill, we typically use microcannulas for the face and may use needles for the lips.
Here is a patient that is immediately post one syringe of Juvederm Voluma and Juvederm Ultra.

We lose volume in key areas of the buttock region, which can lead to sagging of the area. We can revolumize the buttock area with Radiesse.
One of my favorite lasers for skin tightening is fractional CO2 laser (Smartskin). This laser has the ability to penetrate deep into the dermis and stimulate collagen.
The new Picosure Laser by Cynosure is the first picosecond laser to come to market. This laser has been in development for the past decade and truly marks the first new innovation for laser tattoo removal in the past 24 years!
