Membership sessions are designed to be used on a weekly schedule (either once or twice per week, depending on membership level). This structure is intentional—it ensures consistent therapeutic benefit, supports scheduling fairness for all members, and helps maintain steady availability given the popularity of this service.
Sessions do not roll over and cannot be doubled or banked for future weeks.
Limited make-up sessions may be accommodated within the same week based on availability.
