Lauren Wood, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with advanced expertise in laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments. Since 2018, she has been an integral part of the team at Saluja Cosmetic and Laser Center, where her deep knowledge of skin physiology and technical mastery of device-based therapies consistently deliver exceptional results.

Lauren graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University with degrees in Nutrition Science and Biological Sciences, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University. Her early career in trauma and emergency medicine shaped her clinical precision, calm demeanor, and unwavering commitment to patient safety—all qualities that define her aesthetic approach today.

With extensive training across a broad range of technologies—including laser resurfacing, skin tightening, radiofrequency, and nitrogen plasma—Lauren combines evidence-based technique with an intuitive understanding of each patient’s unique skin goals. Her treatments are guided by both science and artistry, helping patients achieve results that are effective, natural-looking, and confidence-boosting.
